The consortium
The transnational consortium comprises three participating European universities:
- Groningen (The Netherlands)
- Joensuu (University of Eastern Finland as of January 2010), and
- Potsdam (Germany).
The three partners are known for their excellence in the field of psycho-/neurolinguistics and clinical linguistics. They have initiated and run national programs which are highly demanded and well-evaluated by the national bodies.
Academic staff of the consortium
The teachers for the EMCL program have been selected on the basis of their academic quality. All are well-experienced teachers, who have been evaluated as being ‘inspirational’ and ‘excellent’ by previous student evaluations. All teachers are also internationally well-established researchers. Modern teaching techniques are used in the program (blackboard/moodle, electronic interaction with the students when they are abroad etc.). All in all, the quality of the academic staff and the program are internationally recognised as ‘excellent.’
